We will be sharing exciting updates about our upcoming major release: OpendTect version 7, scheduled to be released directly after the EAGE.

This major release includes many improvements in both the free and commercial version. From enhanced well log management to database access in Python, and from improved log visualization to powerful new Machine Learning workflows involving synthetic data or (fault) interpretations with augmentations and transfer training.

On Wednesday, June 7th, from 10:10 to 11:30, in Room Schubert 6, Dr. Tijmen Jan Moser of our partner in diffraction imaging, MGS, will deliver an oral presentation on a recent study entitled "Diffraction Imaging of Tertiary Injectites and Basement Faults/Fractures in the Norwegian North Sea."
